At the heart of the system lies our advanced Gasified Pyrolysis technology, paired with a sophisticated dual/multi-combustion chamber design. By reaching blistering temperatures of up to 1200℃, the incinerator ensures the absolute destruction of complex molecular structures found in hazardous waste. This relentless thermal environment achieves an exceptionally high volume reduction rate, leaving behind only a fraction of sterile, fully burned-out ash.
Maintaining ecological integrity is non-negotiable. The fully enclosed operation eliminates the risk of secondary pollution. Coupled with a state-of-the-art flue gas treatment system—utilizing dry/wet scrubbers and activated carbon adsorption—the exhaust is scrubbed of impurities. The result is a completely smokeless and odorless emission profile where dust, dioxins, and harmful gases fall well below stringent international regulatory standards.
Flexibility is engineered into every model. Whether you require a compact 20kg/time unit for a small clinic or a massive 500kg/time powerhouse for a regional processing center, the WFS series scales to your needs. It seamlessly adapts to a vast array of materials, providing safe, definitive disposal for hospital medical waste, animal carcasses, domestic garbage, disposable plastics, and complex industrial solid waste.
Built to endure the harshest industrial environments, the incinerator features a heavy-duty carbon steel outer shell protecting a core of high-grade refractory thermal insulation. Buyers can opt for a 304 stainless steel chimney for ultimate corrosion resistance. Despite its rugged build, the intelligent design maintains a compact footprint, ensuring that extreme high-temperature performance and longevity do not require excessive facility space.
Minimizing human error and protecting personnel are paramount. The system is governed by a PLC smart control panel, utilizing premium components like Siemens electronics for automated temperature monitoring and single-button operation. The fully enclosed, negative-pressure design acts as an impenetrable barrier, drastically reducing manual maintenance requirements while guaranteeing the absolute safety of your on-site operators.
Operational expenditure is a critical metric for any facility. Supporting both oil and gas fuel sources, the burners are tuned for maximum thermal yield with minimal fuel consumption. Furthermore, the system can be upgraded with an optional Waste-to-Energy heat recovery module. This transforms waste thermal energy into usable hot water or electricity, turning a disposal cost center into a valuable energy asset for your enterprise.

To assist your procurement and engineering teams in their evaluation, we have compiled answers to the most critical operational questions regarding the WFS Series.
Traditional combustion often burns waste too quickly, leading to incomplete breakdown and high particulate emissions. Gasified pyrolysis starves the primary chamber of oxygen to thermally decompose the waste into combustible gases. These gases are then drawn into a secondary chamber where they are mixed with abundant oxygen and burned at 1200℃. This two-stage process ensures total destruction of toxins, including dioxins, resulting in a much cleaner exhaust profile.
The system requires a level, reinforced concrete foundation capable of supporting the unit's operational weight. It must be installed in a well-ventilated area, either outdoors with a protective canopy or indoors with adequate ceiling clearance for the chimney (which ranges from 280mm to 460mm in diameter). Access to your chosen fuel source (gas line or oil tank) and a stable 380V/220V power supply for the control panel and draught fans are also required.
Yes. The WFS Series is specifically engineered to handle varying moisture levels. For highly saturated waste like animal carcasses or liquid-heavy medical byproducts, the high-power combustion burners (up to 0.22kw) rapidly evaporate the moisture in the primary chamber before the pyrolysis process begins. The robust refractory lining protects the steel shell from the resulting steam and thermal shock.
Our incinerators utilize premium-grade, high-alumina refractory bricks and castables designed for extreme longevity. Under normal daily operation (3-6 cycles per day), the lining requires only a visual inspection every 6 months. With proper operational adherence—avoiding sudden, extreme temperature drops—the refractory lining typically lasts for several years before requiring any localized patching or replacement.
Safety is integrated into the core design. In the event of a power failure, the automated fuel valves instantly snap shut, cutting off the energy source to the burners. The system's heavy thermal insulation safely contains the existing heat, allowing the internal fire to naturally and safely burn down the remaining oxygen. Once power is restored, the PLC control panel safely guides the operator through a standardized restart protocol to clear any residual gases before reigniting.
