In 2017, one of Swiss company purchased 2 vacuum belt filters(Model is DU40-2500, filter area is 40M2) from our company, the user in Russia, which is a heat-engine plant. The raw material slurry is flue gas desulfurization gypsum, the water content is about 50%, pulp density 1.23-1.25t/m3. capacity is 400M3/hour(dry cake is 35.5T/hour). After the client received the machine, we also sent one engineer to help the client to install and commissioning. After filtering with our vacuum filter machine, the outlet sludge cake water content is about 10%, and the client was very satisfy with our belt filter.
