Shandong Better Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in the pursuit of a green, sustainable future on the road, has been constantly excavating and applying new environmental protection technology. The deep understanding of the operation of the Chinese market and professional experience let us win the trust and support of the majority of customers, professional, focused, dedicated, for the common goal, we continue to move forward.Today, let's explore the magic of the concave air float in wastewater treatment.
CAF eddy cavity air float equipment mainly includes air float box, eddy cavity aerator, chain mud scraping system, scum collection and discharge system, overflow water system, electric control system, dispensing tank, dosing pump and so on. The cavitation aerator directly injects the "micro-bubbles" into the sewage without the need to dissolve the gas in advance, and then distributes the "micro-bubbles" evenly in the sewage through the precision casting stainless steel loose air impeller, so there will be no clogging phenomenon, so our cavitation aerator does not need auxiliary equipment such as pressure vessels, air compressors and circulating pumps.
The raw sewage first enters the aeration aeration section, where it is fully mixed with "micro-bubbles", which carry the solid suspended matter to the surface as it rises. The mud scraper moves along the liquid level, scraping the suspended material onto the inclined metal plate, and then pushing it into the sludge discharge pipe. There are horizontal screw thrusters in the sludge discharge pipe, which feed the collected sludge into the sludge collector, and the thruster and the mud scraper are driven by the same motor. Before discharge, the purified sewage passes through the overflow tank under the inclined plate, which is used to control the water level of the air float tank and ensure that the liquid in the tank does not flow into the sludge discharge pipe.
An open return pipe extends from the aeration section along the bottom of the air float tank. At the same time, the cavitation aerator will form a negative pressure zone at the bottom of the pool with a return pipe, and this negative pressure will make the water flow back from the bottom of the pool to the aeration zone and then back to the air float section. There is no check valve on the return pipe, so that the sewage entering the aeration tank will not enter the air float tank directly from the return pipe without treatment. The whole process ensures that air buoyancy continues even if there is no inflow flow. Therefore, this is a green and efficient wastewater treatment method, which is worth our in-depth study and wide application. The water treated by the concave air float is clear and transparent, and is no longer the source of pollution. This is the charm of technology and an important step towards a greener future.
For the our environment, for the our future, let's explore more green technology together to create a better tomorrow.
