11th of October,2 sets Dissolved Air Flotation machine for 1000T Printing and Dyeing Wastewater Treatment Loading.Besides dissolved air flotation machine,STP also was transported out for biochemical treatment of this project.DAF is the pretreatment process for suspend solids removal.

The sewage after dosing disinfection additives enters into the air flotation mixed zone,contacts with the released dissolved gas water,thus make the flocculant adhere to the micro-bubble and then flows into the air floating zone. The flocculant rise to the surface of water as scum,some of the water flows  as the dissolved gas water and the other water flows into the clean water pool.The scum will be cleaned by the scraper.
